Locale-Switcher bekommt SVG-Flaggen (DE, UK, RU, US/EN) + Mobile-Bedienbarkeit.

Akzeptanzkriterien

  • SVG-Flaggen in public/assets/flags/{de,uk,ru,en}.svg (<2KB pro Datei, ohne Lib)
  • Desktop: horizontal mit Flagge+Text; Mobile (<480px): nur Flagge
  • Touch-Targets >=44x44px (WCAG 2.5.5 AAA)
  • Flexbox/Grid, keine externe CSS-Library
  • Aktive Flagge mit Border/Underline
  • Keine Layout-Shifts beim Wechsel (feste Slot-Groesse)
  • Browser-Test: Chrome, Firefox, Safari + iOS Safari, Android Chrome
